TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Argonaut Property Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and the services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services
We provide property maintenance, repair, and restoration services (water and fire damage), mold remediation, and remodeling. Your signed work agreement and approved estimates establish the specific scope, price, authorizations, and obligations for your project. These website terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it. If a conflict arises, the signed work agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

Estimates & Agreements
Estimates are prepared using the information available at the time. We may revise them after a site inspection, changes in scope or material costs, permit requirements, insurance claim determinations, or unforeseen conditions. Any changes to previously approved work or pricing require written authorization.

Your service agreement will specify the approved scope of work, anticipated schedule, payment terms, and any additional project-specific requirements.

Payment Policy

  • Invoicing and Payment Process

We issue invoices electronically. Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment processors and their processing partners. Available payment methods are displayed when you pay. Payments are charged in U.S. dollars. Any applicable customer fee will be disclosed before authorization and must be permitted by applicable law and payment rules.

  • Deposits and Final Payment

The required deposit amount is stated in your signed work agreement. Work will not commence
until the required deposit is received. Unless your signed agreement provides otherwise, the remaining balance is due upon project completion. Approved written change orders may adjust the project total.

  • Stored Payment Information

Customers may securely save payment information through an authorized payment processor, subject to that provider’s privacy and security policies. Saving a payment method does not, by itself, authorize future or recurring charges.

  • Credit and Debit Card Authorization

By submitting a card payment, you confirm that you are the cardholder or an authorized user and authorize payment of the displayed amount for the identified invoice or deposit. Please review the payment amount before submitting. Any additional or recurring charges require separate authorization.

  • ACH Payment Authorization

By selecting ACH payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the bank account and authorize payment of the displayed amount for the identified invoice or deposit. Please review the payment amount before submitting. Any additional or recurring charges require separate authorization.

  • Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

Promptly report any suspected billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions to us and your financial institution. Include the invoice number, transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue, but do not send complete payment credentials through ordinary messages. We will review our records and coordinate with the payment provider as appropriate. These terms do not shorten legally required reporting periods or limit your financial institution’s dispute procedures.

  • Invalid or Refused Payments

Payments may be declined, delayed, returned, or refused due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, security screening, or account restrictions. If a payment fails, contact us to arrange another approved payment method, and do not resubmit it while its status remains uncertain. Any retry must comply with the applicable authorization, payment rules, and law. These terms do not provide unlimited authorization to resubmit returned or declined payments.

  • Restrictions and Transaction Limits

Payment providers may request information to verify your identity and authority to make a payment. Payments may be delayed or declined if you cannot complete the required verification. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

  • Identity Verification

Payment providers may request information to verify your identity and authority to make a payment. Payments may be delayed or declined if the required verification cannot be completed. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
